Time

“The indefinite continued progress of existence and events that occur in an apparently irreversible succession from the past, through the present, into the future”…. Wikipedia
It’s our most priceless resource! Without it, it would be nearly impossible to imagine the existence of anything at all. To the best of our knowledge we all get only one lifetime, the useful length of which is never a guarantee. In today’s uncertain times I find myself contemplating this more than ever before! It motivates me to make the most of everyday! To live life to the fullest of my ability and to have a camera in my hand to share it with the World!

These thoughts about time are the inspiration for our first community project! Let’s embark on a one minute journey together! The goal is to make 60 photographs, each 1 second long! A 60 image project may sound daunting and making exposures of exactly 1 second might be a challenge too, but fear not! We are here to guide you along the way! As we work through this project we will be bringing you tutorials on long exposures… and how to refine your exposures to be a specific length of time. Not only are we going to bring you these tutorials, we also plan to explore artists and photographers who have used long exposures to explore the topic of time.
What have you been thinking about? How are you going to show it to us?
We hope you are as excited about this project as we are! To take part, please search for The Frame Focus Foto Community on Facebook and join the group! You can also hear more about this project by tuning in to our special podcast episode about this project!
Lets share and explore one minute together!
